Austria - Langbathsee freediving...

Finally I found a group for freediving in Upper Austria! I joined the group for the first time and we went out to the "Langbathsee", a small beautiful lake in middle of mountains. On this sunny day we got perfect conditions for freediving in Austria. 30° outside and about 20° water temperature on the surface. The visibility was good, between five and ten meters...
Arrived on the lake after a drive time of almost two hours we got ready for freediving quickly. I put the buoy out and we got ready for warm ups...
First surprise, quite far away from shore we found the bottom at a depth of 13 meters the lake should be up to 35...
Anyway we started with warm ups and got used to the temperature on the bottom which was around 12° degrees...
Later we moved the buoy to go for more depth and found the bottom at 17 meters. I stayed focused on making pictures. Its not that easy on this lakes with less light and compact system but I got some good results...
The conclusion for the day, it was fun! We all want to go out for new freediving spots and sessions soon... For all pictures >click here< or on any picture...
